Taylor’s friends and family convinced her to come home to Richmond, VA for the weekend. Patrick ended up having to work that Saturday, so he wouldn’t be able to go with her. She was hesitant to go by herself, but her friends ensured her they would have SO much fun, even if Patrick had to “work.” 🙂

Her friends had planned on taking her to a brewery hop! Taylor got dressed and planned on a fun-filled day with her friends. After their first brewery stop, Taylor’s friend suggested that they go to a place on the James River. When they arrived, Taylor saw Patrick sitting on a bench near the water with roses in his hand. Her heart jumped. Her first thought was “What are you doing here?!” As she walked closer, Patrick got down on one knee and asked Taylor to MARRY him!!! Taylor of course, said YES and turned around to see her mom, best friend, and Patrick’s best friend who were all there to CELEBRATE!!

These two have stolen my heart <3 we spent the entire evening laughing and enjoying homemade ice cream from the farm (see more below) 🙂 I am SO thrilled for their summer wedding and looking so forward to capturing more of this goodness!!
