Noah | Senior!

This past weekend was a dream.

I started my weekend off with this handsome senior, Noah and his amazing family. We spent the evening taking his senior photos at his Grandfather’s house, which actually holds a special place in my heart, too!

When I was 4 years old, I would spend the day with Noah’s Grandmother while my parents went to work. I remember those days so vividly! She would have a full day planned out for us, which included coloring, baking cupcakes, and playing outside. What a FUN day for a toddler, right?! I still have the yellow gingham apron with scalloped trim that she made for me – it was custom made to hold all of my crayons, and even a pocket for the sharpener and box. So, so sweet. I have her to thank for my creative side coming to life at such a young age!

When I arrived on Friday, Noah’s Grandfather, Buddy, said “It’s been a long time! You are just the same as you were at 4 years old, just a little taller!” That blessed my heart! I’m so grateful for lifelong friends like Buddy’s family.

It is impossible to look at Noah and not smile! This guy takes the cake when is comes to senior photos. He is so sweet – and definitely a natural in front of the lens! I love that he wanted to incorporate his truck in his photos, along with his favorite sport. Noah will graduate from Southern Lee in June, and attend Campbell University this fall! We had a blast taking photos and catching up. Before leaving, Buddy joked with me and said “I remember when you were younger, you had so much fun here, you never wanted to leave.” That is absolutely certain. And I would agree it was the same this weekend – I had so much fun with Noah, Shannon, and Buddy that I did not want to leave.

Thank you guys for an unforgettable evening spent reminiscing and making new memories.
